Good if you are dead in your career , loser ,or is non competitive and just want to keep your self little easy in life. Nice Modern office , free fruit and drinks , Nice annual Christmas party, Flexible benefits

QA department is the most non competitive set , leads and management here is a total waste of time, big time politics and favourism by oldies, micromanage team members ,no recognition,no scope of career progression for intelligent, creative and hard working person working under them - Simply bcoz if you can outgrow your leads or manager, where will they go ? QA manager in particular likes harmless , non competitive leads so that he stands a chance to survive in the organisation. HR is biased in case you complain qbout your lack of progression here . Cost cutting in the name of modern office , work from home.Under big pressure due to regulatory curbs on their head. In nutshell, its a small company with limited projects , high on favorism,monarchy kind of management , limited growth . Good for graduates / early career in case you dont find any other offer.

Pros

Games , pool table and nice sofas. Free fruits and nice wall paper in the toilets. Easy to see the huge politics and egos that is hurting the company.

Cons

All the best and talented people are leaving or already left. Senior management believe they know best and are following their personal agendas.

- Disconnection between management and developers - Distributed teams - Hard deadlines (sometimes because of regulatory changes, but most of the time because management imposes them)

The majority of staff are intelligent and social, despite an ever growing shift of in priorities by management, staff are 99% friendly and happy to interact and help... Good social organised activities and regular social gatherings at company's well known watering holes... Great location in the City and free fruit a bonus...

Cons

A culture of high turnover of staff that other companies & recruiters would bite there hand off for... Top level management disengaged from their staff who are succeeding in their tasks despite the ridiculous timescales & deadlines they are asked to perform under.
