      Nothing as such apart from a decent salary

      Cons

      1)Need to work as a slave. 2)"NO REPECT FOR GIRLS".Company is not reccomended for girl employees 3)CEO used to say bad words in front of their employees.Being an IITian he does not know how to talk and he also used make other junior resources feel inferior 4)Senior management used to do party and drinks in office making the work atomoshphere bad. They opened their bangalore office in 2016 and shut down it within a year. All people went jobless who did not want to move mumbai.

      Pros

      No Pros - Just that peers were good , Very bad management, No vision, Hired people 2 months back and suddenly declared we are shifting to Mumbai.

      Cons

      NO Product Manager, No Lead - people are forced to come on saturday even if you dont have work, Hr policies change over email. Product requirement changes in an hour. Everyday it is a new story in company. Highly negative perspective.

      1. Nothing PROS. I am grateful that they are paying me salary.

      Cons

      -> Team management is too bad. -> Senior people are so arrogant,they don't respect their employees. ->NOT A GOOD WORKPLACE FOR WOMEN ->they ask forcefully to come and work on weekends without any allowences or comp offs ->please look other options rather joining this company
