      Like every other company there are these good things: 1. Salary is on time. 2. Opportunity to learn new things and propose POCs. 3. Working for some Key brands in Qatar. 4. For sometime you will feel truly valued as a resource.

      Cons

      1. They pay peanuts compared to the industry around the world and what they charge from their clients on a head count. 2. All your learnings will only stay POC, as they purely work to deliver that would please some stakeholders who pay key role in their contract renewal. 3. Any innovation that happens in these brands are through big IT tech Organisations such as Oracle, Accenture, etc... 4. As long as you slog and work hard you are valued. The min you challenge they working style and bring in changes, you will thrown out like trash. If you are in a critical role for the renewal of contract, you will be all ways under pressure making your life hell. 5. No workalike balance.

      Good for the change but not good for the stability

      Good Work culture, Nice Colleagues, Supportive Manager

      Cons

      Can't rely on it for stability, They Hire resources as per the project needs once the project is over or contract didn't renewed they won't bother to search for the projects for you, they will just come and say that now we don't have projects for you so you will be asked to search something for you and your notice period will start from the same day they inform.

      The above review has inaccuracies that we would like to address. iHorizons mostly works on multi-year engagements with our clients and hires people full time and long term on that basis. We invest significantly in their growth, development and in creating long term careers for them with us. In certain instances where the resources are needed only for a short term, we are transparent about this with the resource and rely on freelancers who prefer such a model. In the rare instance of an unanticipated change in project requirements, we make every attempt to move affected resources to other projects or re-skill them to fit a different technology need.
