    Cons

Weekend working, relative low pay and they prefer part timers for coverage reasons but because of this there is lack of competence with the co-workers.

    I worked at IKEA

    Pros

Friendly staff, everyone helps each other out as a team, good benefits such as pension, bonus and discount

    Cons

Lack of specific job training, salary doesn't reflect amount of knowledge and skills you bring to role. They dont keep up with other design firms in terms of software. Very early start for design roles. no progression within design roles. newer employees dont get opinions recognised - people who have worked there years are favoured. Takes forever for staff to do anything through chain of command.
