      Pros

      Flexible hours, decent pay, laid back office setting, all the different types of people you get to meet (as long as you like that)

      Cons

      FAKE! Thata's the only word that comes to mind. People will tell you to your face what they think you want to hear and the second your back is turned, it's something else. People picking sides. People picking favorites. Regardless of how hard you work, it goes unnoticed but the second you do something they don't like/agree with, they're all over that. No room for growth.

      Laid back, no rules, no structure, no accountability, come and go as please

      Laid back, no rules, no structure, no accountability, come and go as please, no training, no sense of team, owner's work against each other which pulls employees into taking sides, unprofessional, could go on and on, made up titles for owner "pet's"

      Pros

      Unlimited access to personal information that is utilized by managers to cause harm to others.

      Cons

      Their management will tell you what you want to hear to get you out of their office. They do not return phone calls or messages on purpose. They steal money from their clients, easy to do when they are in control of payroll. Think about it.
