    Well balanced teams become great facilitators

    computers routinely fail and require replacement every few months.

    Pros

    Very good site head in Bud office, nice atmosphere in the office, colleagues are nice to work with. Honest contracting, you really get what you contracted for, no downsides.

    Cons

    Carreer building opportunities are not really available. Notice period is 3 month and only negotiable in the case HR does their job properly and there is backup employee to handover to - in the past month/year this has not been working too good, no negotiation options for shorter notice period (although earlier there were colleagues that could shorten it to 1-1,5 months, that is true).

    I have been working at INC Research full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The company is well-organized, has very clear rules for everythin; The owrk - life balance is a really significant factor that makes me feel at home. Most of the employees engage in two studies in average and the workload is balanced.

    Cons

    I do not have much to say in this section. It feels like a pure CRO in the manner that the company does not spend a lot of money on extras, like food in the kitchen etc. but this is not the important thing in an office for my opinion.

    Advice to Management

    Keep with the work life balance. make sure that a new study is well introduced to the employee.

    Pros

    Supportive management team. Sensitive to work/life balance.

    Cons

    Should have been hired in as Senior CRA. After 2 years with them and 7 years field monitoring, "exceeds expectations" performance reviews, still no promotion and no explanation.

    Advice to Management

    Promote your stars.
