I have been working at INC Research full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Recognize hard work.
    Opportunities to earn quarterly bonus.
    Great work environment
Don't travel more than one time zone.
    Opportunity for growth and promotion.

    Cons

Turn around for paying expenses can be long. However it is on the corporate card. Of course some people may see a corporate card as a con too.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to recognize hard workers

"Good company to work for, willing to train entry level CRAs"

    Pros

Willingness to train entry level CRAs is a very strong pro for INC Research. Also, you rarely (if ever) would work on more than 2 protocols and generally you are fully allocated to 1 trial.

    Cons

Pay not very competitive unless you jump around from company to company. Promotions and raises are consistently pushed back for different reasons (quarterly numbers not met, acquisitions of other companies, etc).

    Advice to Management

Be upfront about promotions and raises, provide feedback on a regular basis. Personally, I preferred when INC was a smaller CRO. Now INC is buying up company after company and growing exponentially.

Depending on business unit close working relationship with project team.
Promotions based on overall metrics or exceeding expectations of job scope.

    Cons

Pay is lower than other CROs
Some departments (Documentation specialist/Regulatory and Data Management) seem overwhelmed at times.
