    Pros

good company policies, work life balance

    Cons

Be ready to face an environment full of politics, criticisms and bullying !
The person who holds the foundation of the team is a great politician. He is so double faced, which is beyond imagination. He has got few puppets in the team who always knows to flatter him..and as a person, he doesn't know to behave with people.
There is no stream lining of work..employee cannot use their understanding basically. He or she rises only if he/she is involved in politics. Your cases would be failed one after another for some minor errors, wheres if you butter, it would be passed and your errors would be only "suggestion" in that case. This straightaway would impact on your promotion.
Thirdly, company offers you work from home policy, but your manager would not allow you. Its like, you are suppose to beg them just to avail your paid leaves.
Fourthly, from learning point of view, you are at a huge loss. It is completely a data entry you would do.
Basically, hardly you can find anything better here. The environment is so spoilt, that people happen to start flattering so as to survive. And if you don't do it, (like me ), you keep piling up your frustration.
Approach the HR, nothing is solved !!!
S, think thrice before you get in here..you might see that it pays a lot..but its only a strategy to entrap you !!

    Advice to Management

No advices, you are not eligible for that !!!

    Pros

Some people are amazing to work with.

    Cons

If you’re not a “pet” of one of the executives you can expect a dead end job. The blame game is quite popular here where if something goes wrong the next man in line is the scapegoat. Upper management and executives take responsibility for nothing.

    Advice to Management

Actually follow your own company motto, and “own it.” Be advocates for the employees that are making the company so much money. We’re not thow away people you can just cycle through.

    Pros

There are no pros at this time. The company is a mess currently with the merger with inVentiv. Health. It is the Clinical versus the commercial side currently.

    Cons

Merger is terrible and senior management is out for themselves. Company is a mess currently with lots of unhappy employees. Run from this company!

    Advice to Management

Better management of human capital with merger. Show appreciation for the talent you have.

    Pros

Week between Christmas and New Years is off so that is a plus. People you work with are nice but just as unhappy.

    Cons

Merger is a mess as seen by tanking stock price, benefits cost went up significantly and no merit to help. What bonus? You only get a bonus if your one of the “manager”. So much turnover it’s hard to keep up. You will always get a new boss when the other leaves. No employee events, no tuition reimbursement, no career path. HR is unorganized and always changing so useless basically. This place spends it money on a new building, it’s executives and the merger your just another person to burn out while you are here and that is if you survive the constant layoffs.

    Advice to Management

Stop talking about what a great place it is and get real. walk around you could hear a pin drop on every floor of that corporate office. Everyone is head down miserable tryin not to get fired. No one cares about a new building when we cannot pay our rent and car note.

    Pros

Week of Christmas off. Get to work from home 1 day a week after 90 days of employment.

    Cons

Doesn't pay as well compared to other CROs in the industry. Health insurance premiums just increased significantly (however, INC is providing stipends to the employees to offset this increase).

    Pros

They pay you at regular intervals.

    Cons

I resigned with two weeks notice. Human Resources sent me a threatening email advising that expenses left on my corporate card could impact my credit in a negative way. I informed INC research Human Resources that I did not use personal credit or mortgage loans for any reason and so this could not hurt me. At the time we were talking about approximately $50. Two months later I received a statement from US Bank that I had a balance of $3,300 for expenses for which I had long since turned in expense reports for. I believe this was intentional.

    Advice to Management

    It should be obvious.
