Pros

Great management from the top down. The owners actually care and fly down every so often to talk with managers and staff. 100% vested 401k match(unheard of), good salaries. Good time off. Very flexible. Paid semi-monthly. Use Rehab Optima in SNF setting.

Cons

Salaries are good to begin with, but raises are on the low side. I wasn't there long enough to want a raise, but thats what I heard.

I liked the smaller company. I felt support with standards such a documentation and continued training.

Cons

Poor communication and management, depends on DOR in your building. Pay was well below similar positions.
