    Pros

Great colleagues on the whole. Very talented and dedicated long-term employees.

    Cons

Generally felt that management lost touch with customers and technology. New MD now should sort that out though.

I have been working at INPS full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great products coming to market and the excitement and appetite is there for both staff, customers and our future customers.
Good people and great benefits make this a nice business to work for.

    Cons

Becoming less and less as things have changed for the better over the last year.

    Advice to Management

Keep looking at the bigger picture but don't forget the teams in all areas of the business.

    I worked at INPS full-time

    Pros

Good perks and allowances following probation. Some very hard working staff who will go above and beyond to assist.

    Cons

Unwilling to actually resolve the long standing issue which is clear for everyone that being poor leadership.
A blame culture that will get passed from one department to another rather than learning from mistakes and moving on.
Despite a culture programme some silos still exist where some believe themselves to be untouchable.

    Advice to Management

Follow your culture programme and embrace it! Resolve the silos and make everyone responsible for their actions.

    I worked at INPS full-time

    Pros

Work with some great staff, some really nice people.

    Cons

    Where do we start?
    Lack of career progression.
Expected to do extra hours but when you need time off its like you have asked them for £50 million.
Upper management couldn't care less about staff.
Lack of training and support for helpdesk staff and developers.
Lackluster management, director telling those who raise concerns to "look for a new job if you're not happy".
Low morale, blame culture and lack of togetherness.
Concerns raised aren't addressed or listened to because management don't like it.
Staff treated like dirt, spoken to like children.
Helpdesk staff break their back trying to provide support for customers but have help and support taken away from them.
Expecting staff on helpdesk to fix shoddily made software, while taking live calls and working through queues of 50,60,70+ calls each.
An Us vs Them mentality between Dundee and London.

    Advice to Management

My advice is, this company will be lucky to last 5-10 years going the way they carry out their business. Want the rot to stop? Try by listening and caring about your staff, those that make the company tick, if not reap what you sow.
