      Pros

      Strong technical environment with real-world AI and VoIP applications. Opportunities to work on impactful projects from early stages. Good exposure to system architecture, automation, and voice AI. Team is collaborative and open to ideas, and there is flexibility as a contractor.

      Cons

      Some processes are still evolving, especially around documentation and internal coordination. As a fast-moving environment, priorities can shift quickly, which may require adapting frequently.

      Pros

      Two week vacations. Annual December festive. Family oriented environment. Open door policy with CEO and Owner. Off on the weekends and major holidays. Always having birthday & holiday lunches. Recognition of hard work and achievements.

      Cons

      Many hats to wear when your talent is exposed. Some co-workers don't want to follow protocol. Sometimes a lack of communications between departments.
