I can’t say it’s the worst employer I had in my life, because they couldn’t compare - they are basically not employers but human traffickers.
Quick recruitment (red flag), no welcome other than a call from the owner. On my first day of mission at a bank, everyone talked very badly about IQ, then I proceed to go read the Google reviews and got sick to my stomach.
Luckily I was was called for my current job on my first week with IQ, and when I submitted my notice I was mistreated by the head of finance when I called him to understand why my first month salary was lower than the contracted, to which he proceeded to call me crazy and ungrateful - all this while screaming. This is not even unprofessional, it’s another level, it’s basically a crime. I asked for a paystub and never received one until today.
It was truly the most horrible experience of my life, however I really got along with the mission supervisor who actually offered me a job at a real company (one of the biggest banks in Europe), however I’m quite satisfied at my current job and declined.
After I quit, many IQ employees including management kept checking my LinkedIn everyday, I guess looking to see if I had changed jobs, which I interpreted as harassment and had to turn off my profile for months.
