      Bad culture, long tenures destroying the company & no accountability

      Pros

      Everyone gets paid well and some get paid way more than the market average.

      Cons

      Bad culture, a lot of whispering, out of date policies and an office that looks like something out of the 1960's. Some long tenure employees see new employees as invisible (don't say hello, don't respond to emails etc, and unfortunately they are not held accountable). Everyone gets the same bonus regardless of your performance. There are no incentives to work hard. I manage a team and its impossible to get some people to do their job.
