    Upper management (above store level) has unrealistic expectations, consistently wanting hours cut while improving upon performance, which is not sustainable Hours can be long and leave very little time between shifts e.g finish at 8pm and start next day at 5am Work life balance poor Often called in early with very little notice Corporate expectations often ridiculous
