I have been working at Iceland Foods part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Usually accommodates for individuals providing them with hours around their personal duties. -Progression is available

    Cons

-Working for free is expected frequently - Overworked and Undervalued - progression is a long road. Feels like a carrots being dangled in front of you. Expect it to be difficult unless you’re a ‘favourite’ -management don’t really care
