    10% discount And that's literally it...

    Cons

    Expected to work for free Don't pay us duty manager allowance so we're on minimum wage but expect the same from us No work life balance

    No one listens anyway not even area managers or higher up as long as the store is open and trading they don't care

    Pros

    Weekly pay, progression is relatively easy

    Cons

    High staff turnover including management, no motivation from most employees. There is an expectation put on you to stop thieves yourself or otherwise face constant criticism and accusations against staff for losses caused by thefts. The company does not see hiring a security guard as financially beneficial even though staff members have been attacked or threatened.

    Advice to Management

    Stop accusing your staff of stealing your stock and searching them as they leave the building. It’s embarrasing and shows your lack or respect for the people you employ.

    Some good colleagues, good social experience, some hard workers and an element of teamwork.

    Cons

    Horrendous management from senior managers in store, name calling and personal digs, power mad.

    Advice to Management

    Retrain store managers accordingly to encourage team work and not put colleagues down.

    Very short staffed with expectations to deliver champagne standards on frosty jacks cider budget Security a major concern on late nights due lack of any staff due to cutting costs over the years Be prepared to work for free and long hours to keep on top of your job .
