    Expected to do lots of overtime or no hours at all.

    Good training plan for external appointments, strong sense of ownership from all members of the team, straight forward processes, stores work closely together to share resource and ideas,.

    Cons

    Challenging to run shops on the hours given, as with all retail. Company set Sundays for store managers to work do not always match operational needs.
