I have been working at Iceland Foods part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Depending on your manager, sometimes it feels like you are your own boss, it isnt a hard job but it does take abit of graft to become efficient, if you enjoy driving and dont mind a bit of medium workout, definitely the job for you.

    Cons

No cycle to work scheme and only 10 percent discount, even an increase to 15 would be better

Current Employee - Online Picker in Manchester, England

I have been working at Iceland Foods part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Weekly pay, the people are mostly nice, I'm finished work for the day by 10am

    Cons

Start time takes some getting used to, I was told I'd be working 20 hours each week and am currently averaging less than that by quite a bit, the targets per hour don't take into account the size of the order which makes it look like you're underperforming if you're taking a lot of larger orders
