    Pros

    Still some great people working in the company
    Malcolm And Richard are legends

    Cons

    Unrealistic targets /Standards due to underfunding of store staff
    Ask in store colleagues about Manager /Supervisors labour turnover
    Very long Working hours including weekends and changeover can involve 16 hour shifts
    Area managers not telling it as it is to senior management (EG Changeovers)
    Potentially Leave yourself at risk due to limited staff resources
    Late nights/Shoplifters

    Advice to Management

    Ensure all Deeside staff experience at least one week in a real hands on store
    Let Richard visit personally stores unannounced and work alongside colleagues to understand the challenges (No Regional Influences)
    Listen to real feedback live in store to be able to create solutions

    Great team, never boring, fast paced keeps you fit

    Cons

    Staff expectef to work with no staff at all. Eg. Manager 1 cashier + security or sup cashier and security

    Not enuff hrs to pay staff, even tho contracts were increased

    Old equipment eg. Fridges, freezers, lift

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in stores if want to see a dif outcome and appreciate and listen more to staff in non mang positions
