I have been working at Iceland Foods part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Weekly pay, progression is relatively easy

    Cons

High staff turnover including management, no motivation from most employees. There is an expectation put on you to stop thieves yourself or otherwise face constant criticism and accusations against staff for losses caused by thefts. The company does not see hiring a security guard as financially beneficial even though staff members have been attacked or threatened.

    Advice to Management

Stop accusing your staff of stealing your stock and searching them as they leave the building. It’s embarrasing and shows your lack or respect for the people you employ.
