    Cons

    short hours a week as you are only entitled to 7.5hrs per week. Anything over this is overtime

    The work I love shop floor work colleagues are great.

    Cons

    Have been given an 8 hour contract as have other members of staff, taking on more people again on 8 hours contracts, repeatedly asking for more hours but to no avail. Come on ICELAND.
