      No promotions, no growth, major employee turnover, dishonesty, firings or demotions, no guidance from management, just blame games. Probably, the previous good review has been written by CIO himself. Moral is down and salary is lower than the market average.

      HR sides more management than being unbiased. Cliquish If upper management doesn't like a person, immediately, they begin the elimination process. Basically, they lie!
