Pros
Love the culture! It’s very tight knit while being extremely inclusive. The company is focused not only on making amazing films but on providing employee satisfaction. The company often promotes from within and so there are many growth opportunities available.

I worked at Imageworks full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Treated better than most places (which is kind of sad). Good benefits. Good projects. Work is usually high quality. Good pay for some. Most people are very nice. Tools are good. Office is a good location. Better organized than most places.
Cons
Very corporate. You'll likely be overworked. They have trouble winning bids because of race to the bottom nature of VFX. You'll probably get sick a lot if you're like me.

Big studio vibes. May feel inconsequential, a small cog in a large machine.
