      Pros

      None that I can think off apart from the constant amusement derived daily from viewing the machinations of dim people!

      Cons

      A lost company on a downward spiral, Lucas could't have been more clueless and walked with a huge handshake EMEA Management and Marketing, Product management weak and more interested in playing political games.

      Worked with a great team at IronKey

      Cons

      Cash Hungry CxO's think nothing of laying off 80% of the company 2 weeks before Christmas, no notice, no severance.

      Pros

      This is a large company with many of the perks that you would expect to find at a company of this size. It has a very relaxed pace and there is very little pressure to perform.

      Cons

      This is a old-school company that is attempting to change their core business and having a lot of growing pains. I found most of the employees I dealt with unqualified for their positions and threatened by any new changes. Additionally, the existing processes in place don't support the change that management is attempting and add unnecessary obstacles. A very frustrating and stressful place for a newcomer.
