Promise of base salary which suddenly disappears when you start working Salary is commission based, extent to which is kept hidden until after employment has started Expect 12 hour work days

I have been working at Immensus Associates full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The thing I love the most about working here has to be the self development that comes along with the role. My friends and family have noticed changes in me and my confidence since starting this job.

    Cons

It takes commitment but is worth it.

I worked at Immensus Associates full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The owner is very warming and polite, also a very young team so you don't feel out of place. Especially as a graduate.

    Cons

Misleading advertisement and interview process which sell the roles as being B2B. Meeting clients etc and then vaguely referring to residential territory. This is simply Door to Door sales, so B2C. I have had bad experience with family members and this type of "sales" and was told this would not be what this position would entail in the interview process.

    Current Employee - Account Manager

I have been working at Immensus Associates full-time

    Pros

As a current employee at the company I have had numerous travel and networking opportunities during my time at the company. There is pressure put on both personal and career development and the consistent mentor ship to guide you. In my time I’ve gone from having no experience to being able to teach and train others to do what I can do in a short space of time! Yet to find another industry that allows me to be in control and also having that regular coaching!

    Cons

    High pressure but good pressure!

The people that work here are the most positive and motivated people I have ever worked with! They focus on progression and inspire you every single day!

    Cons

Long working hours but worth every minute!

I worked at Immensus Associates full-time

    Pros

Some of the other employees seemed nice

    Cons

I applied for the job of Graduate Marketing Assistant. This is NOT a Graduate role, I think they just put that in the title to get young people in. The job spec mentioned things like delivering presentations etc. The reality of the job is going round knocking on people’s doors to get money for charities - this was NOT even touched upon until the job position and had been offered, luckily this was before any paperwork had been signed so I was still able to get out of this. I don’t understand why they do not advertise the job that you will be doing, it’s complete false information. Also, the pay is not even close to what is advertised.

I worked at Immensus Associates full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Get a lot of fresh air

    Cons

The job is a sales job not a marketing one. You are one of those people who approaches strangers in the street and gets them to sign up to various charities. Money is 100% commission which they don’t tell you. You work 6 days a week for around 12 hours a day which they don’t tell you. I’d be very surprised if anyone doesn’t get through the interview stage, seem to take on anyone and everyone.
