    You are technically in control of how much you earn- uncapped commission Very fun environment and great atmosphere The people are all nice

    Pros

    Beautiful office in central location. Free coffee and donuts on Fridays

    Cons

    Churn and burn management. They won't give you adequate training at all. If you're not great right off the bat they sack you. Very high employee turnover rate. Dodgy, unethical practices.

    Getting to experience amazing VIP events Random office challenges and prizes (even free holidays!) Family feel A company that pushes you outside of your comfort zone and helps you grow as a person and as a professional Opportunities for training and development Great music! Office has pool tables, dart boards and ping pong Directors really involved in the business and spend time out on the sales floor Great social events for everyone at the company

    Cons

    Communication between departments could be better In every role you need to be prepared to work hard, but the rewards are definitely there if you do Sales isn't for everyone - it's tough and you need to be enthusiastic, energetic and resilient to be successful
