Pros

Quickly growing company so it's not hard to grab projects that might be above your current skill set then grow into them. Lots of free food. People are nice, and thankful for the work you do.

Cons

Open air office design is distracting and works against productivity. They are against remote work. Project deadlines are unrealistic and require constant push back. They use culture as an excuse to get people to work more. It's got a real propaganda vibe

Pros

I've been here for less than a year. It's been a fantastic place to work. Minimal bureaucracy, very approachable senior management, lots of energy, and lots of smart people. No layoffs during pandemic even though there was a slight decrease in business. They really believe in their mission and product.

Cons

Crowded office space due to high growth - but relieved because of covid-19 and most working from home.

Pros

I get paid every 2 weeks. My commute isn't bad.

Cons

This place is an absolute cluster. They love hiding behind "startup/small company culture" as if there are only two types of companies: large and small. It's a convenient way to sweep any insight into how the company is run under the rug. The reality is that average competence and experience level of the staff here is very low, but most people have inflated job titles from being here during hypergrowth. As a result, they aren't qualified enough to get a job elsewhere with a similar title. I wouldn't mind this if people "lived by the ethos" as they love to tout, but my experience interacting with Inari employees has been largely negative. I can handle rude or incompetent, not both. During the interview process, I was told I would be working on several specific projects that were of interest to me career-wise. Upon joining, the rug was pulled and I was assigned to a series of random projects, all with no clear deliverables, goals, or managerial backing. In addition, the layoffs started after only a couple months. I am relieved that the company is getting bought out as I will more than likely be laid off, which is better than having to be around Inari employees every day.
