Pros
It’s a fast paced company, with the ability to earn good commission (if they could deliver on requirements & SLA’s), great tech stack, good perks, great CEO & original vision.
Cons
Originally a great firm, with a visionary product that was new to the market & delivered. Unfortunately since being acquired by Indeed it’s became a sinking ship, more mangers than staff, unnecessary promotions, a lot of redundancies, loss of vision & poor delivery on service, which makes it hard to believe in the product & not a great working environment. Basically it’s a Tech firm in a recruitment space, where no one in the CMT has any experience or idea about the sector, hence why they don’t deliver & waste so much money in the process.

Choose your own hours/days. A very responsive company to work for. If I had any issues they would be resolved quickly. Decent pay. Can build up holiday pay while working.
Cons
The only disadvantage would be at times there would not be a huge selection of work to choose from but

Shifts go very quickly you are offered a shift and by the time you go on the app is has gone. Shifts are selective now.

Inexperienced staff support; shifts cancelled without reimbursements; technical app issues; nonsense 13 hours policy between shifts.
