      Fast paced and structured with good incentives

      Cons

      Made to dress inappropriately which resulted in sexual harassment by higher management. Absolutely nothing done about it when brought to the attention of head office, which resulted in my resignation

      Pros

      Good tips, honest wages (they don't cut corners here) The clientele are generally great to serve, lovely regulars Lots of training on food, wine etc. Regular bonuses and incentives

      Cons

      'Every man for himself' attitude- There's not much teamwork. The place is falling apart, Too much pressure on staff, simple jobs are overcomplicated and made difficult by poor management and lack of resources Managers have very little respect for staff, no recognition of the effort that's put in, and are happy for the best employees to leave.

      meals included depending on the location some weekend days restaurants are closed

      Cons

      some periods there were not many hours available and management was cutting them They pay minimum wage and the salary is highly impacted by the service charge tronc
