      Pros

      very relaxed atmosphere at work. No one cares if you have done any constructive or profitable work. You can stay in the company for years without achieving your targets. You can take as many leaves as you want and whenever you want. Just come up with some reasone that has emotional base. These pros are for those joining at entry level positions.

      Cons

      no one has vision except the directors. Your manager will keep changing the policies at his/HER whims and fancies. appraisal is never on time. Usually will be done in august or september. no incentives unless u are in revenue generating process. And that incentive is not paid in a timely manner. you have to wear uniform at work. everyone wants to know what happening in other depts. Thus spies will be all around you. salaries are really less. (now you know why all these pros above.) your KRAs will keep on changing every couple of months. Totally depends on what the manager likes that month no growth beyond AM level. During my tenure of more than 3 years I saw only 1 promotion in my dept that had 100+ FTEs

      Not a single one

      Cons

      No professionalism Worst hr policy Worst management No work life balance No employee engagement Does not care about employees No job security No salary hikes and appraisals Leads do not have view, do not know what they want, not able to understand a simple data, even though it was maintain by them.
