Pros
Mostly very skilled people in artist positions. Great projects.
Cons
Artist management is random. Cliquey. Low pay, even for very senior staff and leads. Way too much OT. The people who do the least have the safest jobs.

great projects, connection to film history, excellent creative direction

Pros
Great projects, Singapore is an awesome travel hub to be able to see the rest of Asia. Income tax is very low. Super safe city with more and more to do locally.
Cons
Too many levels of supervision. Too many people to report to that have conflicting views on how work should be done. The company is a bit too too heavy for real advancement. Too many juniors in Singapore. Makes everything a bit slower. Too many project hires.
