Pros

Cutting edge technology with a solid customer base to support growth. New office has great amenities like free snacks, games, and a zen room. Plenty of upward potential for growth depending on what you want to do. Amazing team dynamic— I enjoy working with this team.

Cons

Some spaces can been too cold because of A/C. Limited number of sit/stand desks.

Pros

None really. Technology was good at one point, but fairly average now when measured against current Business Continuity softwares.

Cons

Very bad leadership. They continue to make the same mistakes and then point the finger. Dishonesty all around and absolutely no care for the welfare of their employees. CEO seems beholden to the COO who is a downright cheat with no integrity whatsoever. Some nefarious things have happened here and it truly affects the company growth and ultimately it's very survival.

Pros

-Remote work is allowed -Very open leadership team that is transparent about what is going on at the company -Clear and meaningful values that they take into account for things like hiring and reviews -Great benefits, tons of PTO and a full week off between Christmas and New Years -The industry is really growing and Infinite Blue is on the forefront of that. -Providing products that help companies through disasters and emergencies

Cons

The company is growing quickly, and for the most part keeping everyone involved where they need to be. As we grow it can sometimes be hard to know who to involve in what though, and at times communication is lacking. But it's something that Leadership knows about so I think it will continue to be a priority that is worked on.
