I have been working at Infinity Group (UK) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Freedom to learn on the job with full access given to troubleshoot IT, Broadband and Telephony issues. Friendly team who support each other. Great learning experience and they welcome new starters who are keen to improve their skills. HR listen and are approachable.

    Cons

No on-site parking (rare in Tunbridge Wells anyway). Still feels like a small company but growing bigger so need to continue recruiting more staff.

I have been working at Infinity Group (UK) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There are many positives for working at Infinity, the town centre location is great, there is a relaxed working culture, you can listen to music and generally get on with your work without being micro managed. The majority of staff are friendly, helpful and easy to get on with. The company strives to achieve a high standard of service, which is reflected in how the support desk operates...the support team offer a great level of service and are excellent at resolving support tickets, however the company itself has outdated processes and is held back by poor middle management.

    Cons

The company is split into different departments, the management of sales, CRM and marketing seems to be of a high standard and very organised, however operations and admin are completely behind in terms of everything they do. There is no direct link between the chief financial office/co-founder (the man in charge of operations) and the actual operations team (admin/support desk/projects). This means key decisions are made without a full understanding of what is actually happening day to day. Company processes are horribly out of date, work carried out by staff members is often inaccurate and inefficient. Infinity Group will achieve great things, providing it can resolve inefficiencies and poor processes within the operation side of the business.
