      Your Manager will Treat you like a Fourth Class Employee No Professionalism Only Politics, If you are Jain you are always welcome! No Resource Utilization, They will treat you like cattle What's your manager will promise that will not happen at all, only fake n false promise by HR and Higher Management Team. Peoples are associated with Infobeans because they have no option to move on or either they have some family promises.

      No Pros..The leads are the worst leads here..Sidhdharth being an IIM graduate doesn't even know about this..

      Cons

      Worst leads No work culture No salary improvements Senior Leads can't even speak good English..No communication skills Local indore people with less of communication and corporate cultures Abusive words at times by people here A lot of politics Do not join this company and I humbly request all not to give even interview for this..Challenge you on paper that you will be forced to resign if you don't do slavery nd frustrated in 6 months.

      Their are no pros in this company.

      Cons

      they talk freshers in this organization and they terminate them after some months like 3-5 without any authentic reason. They will not clear all T&C of the organization and then they ask your resignation letter. So please don not join this organization because you will not learn any thing but you will frustrated.
