I have been working at InfoHedge Technologies

    Pros

If you’re desperate for experience as a tech in New York City you’ll have a good chance of getting hired because you’ll be perceived as easy to manipulate and easy to take advantage of. If you walk in with an effective plan to get in and out this can be a stepping stone. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS I SUGGEST TAKING IT. THIS IS A LAST RESORT SOLEY FOR A CHECK AND QUICK & LIMITED GROWTH.

    Cons

InfoHell is a con entirely. You need to be extremely optimistic to view anything here as a positive and even then it is a rouse for personal survival. I will briefly touch on some experiences I myself and some colleagues have had while at InfoHell. My review is lengthy but worth the read if you are seriously considering InfoHell as a place of employment. Everyone is usually looking to leave. I've been actively looking for work since I started and I know many who have done/are doing the same. Anyone who is comfortable staying here is in the sunken place. There is no on-boarding process and for a while, before the merge, there was no HR department. I often questioned to myself whether or not this was even legal. No internal resources are ever provided in a timely fashion. Training is left to instructional videos which are mainly on a ticketing system and not any positions actual daily functions. Internal documentation is horrendous even when it is rarely updated. All of your time spent will be monitored, clocked, and questioned. Who, what, when, where, and why; each question and answer recorded for badgering purposes. Procedures are out of date. Management takes little to no real-time advice on procedures/team practices from employees regardless of the issues encountered on the daily basis. Work procedures will also be manipulated against you at will to benefit managements views as well as to allow wiggle room for their shortcomings. Low accountability from management. Do as I say not as I do culture. This company does not respect your time but will demand the most of you. You will receive calls outside of work hours consistently. Also at the will of the management be required to attend meetings lasting 1-2 hours outside of work hours. Most positions in this company are Intrusive on your personal time outside of what is initially communicated. Low work/life balance. Gang like a management style. Very oppressive and problematic. Turn employees against one another to create a crabs in a barrel environment/mentality. Segregated shifts with low communication and teamwork skills. Racial tension at times. Whenever there is a new member the majority of the management team's attention & negative energy is directed to the said person and they are bombarded with constant disapproval and criticism with little guidance and/or leadership. Again criticism, not constructive criticism as there is a big difference between the two. Cross-department communication is hostile and ineffective. Issues bounce from department to department with little to no ownership and zerooooo teamwork. Argumentative language is a daily occurrence where team members and departments trade insults and accusations for the purpose of degrading and embarrassing each other. This behavior is coming from the c-level executives down to entry-level positions and is weaved into the culture of the company with no signs of slowing down. At times members of teams even abuse administrative permissions and edit internal ticket information changing their colleague's wording to change narratives. So essentially some employees lie frequently and often on anyone necessary to protect themselves when not performing their position duties correctly. Specifically windows team members with “language difficulties”. Stuff like this commonly occurs with little to no action taken. As long as management is in your corner you can break any rules, and if they are not they will break you. 7 people and counting have left the support team since June 2018. This was under the supervision of newly acquired management and old management together. They have made some changes internally to try and address some of these issues but the foundation is infested and rotten. Oh, the office is also crawling with critters ranging from roaches, to bed bugs, to mice. Complain and you will be scolded. Support team management is lacking. One manager specifically takes no accountability what so ever. He literally avoids any and all responsibility and pins issues on his underlings and counterparts. It’s sickening and honestly creates more stress in the environment. This behavior is exhibited on the daily basis as well on team projects which lead to poor communication, deadlines to be missed, and resources to be exhausted. Hard work is not rewarded in this environment. Many times diligent workers who go above and beyond consistently are overlooked for basic promotions, used as scapegoats for blame, and as workhorses. Most of if not all positive reviews are written by management as an attempt at damage control. Please approach InfoHell with caution.

    Pros

if your an animal lover you're going to love the rat infestation!

    Cons

By the far the most unprofessional, unorganized company that ever that existed! Also, don't believe any of the positive reviews here if people were really happy they would stay longer. In fact, people don't even write on there resumes they worked at infohedge because of it being such an embarrassment. If only the clients you support knew what a joke you all are!

Knowing that you can leave this hole

    Cons

Whatever you do, it will be your fault. There is so much fingerpointing and throwing people under the bus that in another situation, would be comedic. Just because they sign your checks, does not mean they own you

    Pros

Had potential to be a wonderful company but has failed miserably

    Cons

Let’s just say the level of professionalism that exists in this company is beyond any of which a true professional ever encountered. The disrespect and backstabbing that occurs from the partner level is a true indication of a company doomed for failure. The only person that cares about this firm is the President of the company. Most others just sit around and Pretend to look busy. A lot of great people have left because of the morale was destroyed. It’s a mentally unstable place to work.
