1. HR is very supportive, thoughtful and empathetic. They are very very accessible to the employees all the time, especially during this time. 2. Great Senior Managers who are ready to mentor, guide and always stand by their team. 3. Good Salary along with variable. 4. Structured Top Management who are very transparent and clear to the employees. 5. HR + Top Management ensured no lay offs during this time. 6. At the time of joining, they provide joining bonus which is very good.
