      Great place to work, extremely safety focused.

      Pros

      - Great pay. - Easy going management. - Hands on learning. - Ability to progress through levels and learn a different part of the business. - $1500 bonus for recommending a friend or an employee for a position if they end up going full time.

      Cons

      - Out dated machinery which can be very unreliable affecting production and our quarterly bonuses. ( PRP)
