Cons
1. Poor Management, 2. Work Life-Balance (I was asked several times to have a meeting at 11 pm) 3. Poor Management 4. No Growth Opportunities 5. Excessive Meeting ( 80% of my day consisted of meetings, and then they wanted me to have my tasked completed by EOD) 6. Only two-weeks of PTO/Year and supervisor needs to approve it first 7. Benefits weren't great. 8. The President (James) would scream at employees during meetings if he was interrupted. 9. There weren't any goals set for employees
