This is a really exciting time to be part of Innervate, there's been a lot of change over the last few years but the business has a great opportunity to grow. The business has the right focus on work / life balance and, whilst expectations are high, priority is on the individuals and their families

Innervate has rebranded and since this has been making many positive changes to the business. Family is now at the forefront of it's agenda and looking after it's employees. Having recently completed a MBO the future is looking very good.

Cons

Need to invest in current employees training needs such as Microsoft bootcamps. It is good to have the skills from experience but better to have the official trainning and certifications as well to feel valued.

A company which has seen positive change in the last 12 months. Great talented, Loyal people with a passion to succeed. Recent MBO which can only make the company stronger with great leadership. A company who cares about its employees..

Has a family feel about it, a lot of employees have been there a long time. Loyal employees make for a stable work platform. Experts in Microsoft CRM must be a top 10 company in terms of knowledge and experience.

Organisation has shrunk to little more than a marketing operation that doesn't really have an offer to sell.

Innervate is referred to as a mature start up, great opportunity, with great people. Work from home policy is fantastic, alongside the other company benefits. Ideas are listened to and the CEO is very approachable and spends more time in the office sat with people than he does in his own office. I really do believe that Innervate can make something of themselves in FY18 and beyond and I cant wait to be a part of it.

Cons

If you're not agile enough to cope with change, then this isn't the place for you. - however I don't see this as a con, its more about your approach to working. More improvement needed in terms of becoming one team - sales, delivery and IMS need to stop working in silo.

Pros

Having returned to Innervate after a 6 month sabbatical I am so pleased to be back. A new focus and energy which is driven by the new senior management team. Positive attitude and great vibe. 2018 and beyond looks like it will be amazing.

Some staff still stuck in old fashion working practices. It will change!

Fast moving company, flat structure and very open communications
