      Easy work environment, Fun team.

      Cons

      No reviews for a potential even small raise. No 401k, health insurance is so expensive here especially for a family plan.

      Pros

      Fast paced, challenging, and engaging work environment. Plant is well put together, and for the most part team members have the equipment they need. Some solid experienced employees that have been here for a long time with a ton of industry knowledge.

      Cons

      Business is up and down. Accounts Payable is a mess. Benefits packages could be much more robust and have better offerings.

      Very very boring, management doesn't talk to you but rather just make descisions and then drop them on you.
