      Great team to work with on centre for the most part

      Cons

      Higher management didn't ever care, salaries were poor, even for the industry as a whole. My position was treated as disposable, and unimportant. Any try of moving to a different position, or even a promotion was met with pushback and the saying "you'll never get that"

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid across the company in every role other than senior management. They expect heaven and earth from the minions who work on the activity centres and pay them pittance including the managers. The values and the culture of the business is moving away from education and briliiant residentials and becoming very corporate
