Pros

-Casual dress code -Relaxed environment -Fun monthly team building activities/lunch -Good exposure to various types of technology -Excellent benefits where it covers 100% of pretty much everything -People are generally very nice and friendly

Cons

Let me just start by saying that my beef isn't with the people that I worked with, but it's with the laughable management team of this company. -Extremely unprofessional work environment -Profanities flying left right and center -Horrible/complete lack of leadership -Zero direction and guidance from direct manager -Zero feedback from management -Zero training provided -Extremely cliquey -Management doesn't know how to delegate -Joke of a performance review. Basically, you'll be told you're doing great, but next thing you know, you're terminated for no good reason -Don't expect HR to have your back, they'll be on the manager's side and terminate you for reporting problems to them. So in essence, they are completely useless

Pros

This place is pretty relaxed, full of young people, if you're a guy, there's unlimited porn.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional - strippers in the office (literally) giving lap dances (literally) on birthdays. Every other word comes out of peoples' mouths are some sort of vulgar profanity. Often times jokes are sexually explicit. Management is equally unprofessional - so just exactly how many times do you need to go on smoke breaks? And drag your entire team with you? And talk about how you almost go into a bar fight or some random relationship problems. No, no one wants to hear it. And apparently selecting to opt out of these invitations will cause repercussions.

Pros

- The head in the design department was awesome, as well as the head in Marketing SEO. I felt like they were the only people that kept me sane when the owner flew off his handle every now and then. They really helped me to cope and talk about the issues. They often stood up for me when I was being mistreated by the owner. - I got to work alongside some of the brightest minds and made friends with some amazing people with whose friendships will last a lifetime. - You work with very modern equipment and the company ensures you have everything you need to get started. - The company pays for a full benefits package and excellent dental plan however does not offer any RSP. - Plenty of opportunity to make up sick days (with no penalty) when you are sick for more than the max 5 days. I got sick a lot while working here as do many others (as a lot of people working here don't practice good hygiene - from nose picking, people not washing their hands after using the toilet - wait sounds like this should be a con). Anyhow working for this company, you will be sick often, but it's good to know they have your back. On a side note, I haven't been sick since I left this place. - They have memberships to Lynda.com and other great resources right at your fingertips - however they would only buy 1 membership that you have to share with the rest of your team. Meaning only 1 person can be on it at a time.

Cons

- What hasn't already been said. Yes there is some good but so much more bad than good. I caution anyone wanting to work here because of the fact that it isn't the most professional working environment. Yes it's casual dressed but last I checked Satan didn't wear ties. - I would also be weary before choosing to work here. This is a company that goes under many names mentioned in previous reviews. They sell adult services, most of what they do is barely legal (I mean just barely). - This company last time I worked here was in a lot of trouble. People were being fired left right and center. Also many left to pursue other opportunities because they got tired of being mistreated primarily by the owner. I have to admit that working for him was a challenge. You will feel like your walking on egg shells. He knows how he is, he knows people hate him, and he doesn't care in the least.
