      1. A highly experienced team with innovative ideas to take the company forward 2. Above average total rewards package - salary, comp, health, perks, time off, volunteering, learning and development etc. 3. Company culture centred around trust, performance and honest feedback 4. Employees are encouraged to be vocal about things that are blocking our growth / success, and to offer up solutions to resolve those issues 5. Varied, interesting workload - dealing with the most successful global companies in B2B Marketing

      Cons

      Not really a con, just the reality of the stage Integrate is at - anyone joining the company needs to be aware that it's a fast moving, PE backed organisation doing ambitious things in a fairly saturated market. Like many organisations over the past 18 months, sometimes we scale up and sometimes we restructure to adapt to market conditions and the direction of the company. Flexibility is key and it's a fun ride if you're up for it

      -Welcoming organisation -Vision and Mission introduced throughout organisation from day one -Flexible work and life balance -Half day Fridays when work permits (finish at 12pm/ afternoons off) -Allowance monthly for wellness -High tech for working -Approachable and friendly colleagues always willing to support -Put staff and customers first
