      Pros

      Very underrating when it comes to taking time off. They pay well when you work on a holiday.

      Cons

      I went from working days two nights with no increase in pay and I have been with the company for four years and I’m still making the same amount. I was the day they hired me.

      Roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done. Culture of everyone pulling in the same direction. Kevin works tirelessly for the benefit of all.

      Cons

      Not a con per se but small company so manage with finite resources. Company events and socials are good for culture.
