Leadership and day-to-day at the company is quite terrible and unorganised. Lots of internal politics and layers of bureaucracy considering the company size. The people who like the company really buy into the culture and the strange way of how things are run.
Integration forces all project teams to have 3-4 hour sessions each week that they say are meant to analyse professional development, but are really just an excuse to tear each other down. The culture is very toxic and quite cult like.
As other reviews have mentioned, there is a strong push for professionals to be "proactive". This is more of a guise to place blame on individual employees when managers cannot execute their own roles well. For example, when management sells projects and promises unrealistic timelines to clients, those at the bottom are expected to be "proactive" to accomplish everything on time.
