      Good place to start your career or settle down.

      Pros

      They show a lot of flexibility in accommodating private/work life. No office politics. Flat hierarchy. They encourage employees to participate to conferences, write articles, organize webinars etc. Overtime is very rare. Good amount of benefits.

      Cons

      Confusing company direction at times. Certain "hard to take" decisions are postponed indefinitely. No HR. Performance reviews are not regular.

      Majority of people have been here 3+ years, many 7 yrs or more. There's a reason for that.

      Pros

      - President is always ready to see your talents and willing to push you upwards - Small team, family feel - Since a few years, a more realistic vision. financially, now, results are showing, this is very rewarding for those of us who have seen INM struggle. - Willingness of management to listen to comments - Beautiful space, downtown - Cool people to work with

      Cons

      - The majority of projects here ARE successful, great feedback, return clientèle... now we just need to have them ALL be successful, project management methodology is there, it just needs to be more consistently applied... and we're getting there. - small team comes with challenges: team members are deeply involved and care for their projets, which sometimes causes stress. INM is doing a lot to improve this: full time HR person, growing the team to allow for variety of projects for each individual - small company, salaries are what they are, definitely not the industry's highest, but acceptable. The good thing is the other advantages you get, I think for a small company go above the basics.
