Pros

No pros. Don't go by there show off for offering salary hike.

Cons

Lots n lots of cons. They play with employees' careers. They have made certain very false and deceiving clauses in their employment agreement which when one signs can easily be harassed in their hands. Lot of politics. They can fire you anytime without paying you the your deserved amount of salary n reimbursements.

Pros

Increased my hourly since I didn't want the health benefits

Cons

Everything. They only care about their client and not you their employee. I felt like I was in the 1930's- sent out to work hard, not appreciated and they took 40% of what the company paid them for my services. They don't stand behind promises. Agreed to reimburse me for some expenses on their behalf then said, sorry didn't get approval so I got stuck losing $75 dollars. They lost my application papers several times whether faxed or mailed. Kept coming back and asking for papers. I stopped sending copies it was costing me in fax charges and postage. Made me nervous on who could see my personal information. They have your address, ssn, dob, full name. All the stuff for ID fraud. I blocked them from my cell. I don't want anything to do with them. You need to make your own choices based on how you are treated by them.

Pros

Partnered with major clients like Amazon which was great . Account manager seemed competent and easier to work with. Fast work and turn around time in inquiries,

Cons

The recruiter was terrible - too aggressive. I was driving when received call about potential position and wanted me to email her a confirmation right away. I explained I was driving and not safe to do so but would when I got got my destination in 30 minutes. Then stated she would just go to next candidate . I told her to do just that because expectations were unrealistic. Called me 2 times before interview to remind me, called DURING interview to see how it went. They call an average of 4 times in a span of 10 minutes , leave voicemails and emails without allowing you sufficient time to return calls. Hard to understand accents when calling about onboarding documents and explained need to allow me a day to review it all. But still called me 5 times, 3 emails and even sent me a reminder on Linked IN! This was at 3:50am my time. I almost didn't accept the job because of how they operate. Then had the nerve to request to add as a friend on Linked In and to write a review.
