    Pros

Giving you the space to be yourself.

    Cons

    Line Managers shows favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff well. Observe their hard work. Recognize. Reward. Notice. Lead by example. Come out of your ivory towers and know what actually goes on on the front line. Be connected to the real issues. Be visible. Be present. Get from behind the desk. Don't hide and appear to know what is going on. Treat your staff fairly and equally. Set aside personal preferences and value your staff according to their contribution. Treat your staff as well as your guests. Look after your staff and they will look after the business.

    Pros

Great employee benefits and working at HQ gave you direct insight on the new upcoming campaigns and updates about the company.

Not enough training was provided when on the job and lack of support from HR when there were clear departmental issues.
