    Pros

Fast paced environment that made me learn quite a lot! Great peers, hard workers, great training team, that takes the strength from themselves to cheer us up

    Cons

Lack of a proper management, and hospitality is a demanding job, if the employees are not recognised and motivated the job will squeeze them to a floor level

    Pros

Great fun. Meeting new people all the time. Working with other young people (often our first main job). Getting involved in the gym to help other. Courses for fitness instructing. A great first job for a few years.

    Cons

Like any job, some times you have to deal with unpleasant situations or people that have got the hump for whatever reason...Just ignore it and crack on.

    Advice to Management

Get us on more fitness courses and show us a clear progression pathway so we can see that their is a potential career, rather than a job stop.
