I have been working at Intermountain Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Great benefits Career growth (internal applications and monthly check ins) Reasonable hours Nice people to work with generally

      Cons

At smaller locations the management can become more provider-centric and not put as much work into employees. It’s hard to get all the required software and permissions to do job initially (can take months)

      Advice to Management

Create consistency in all locations. Find managers who have better motivation and can work with providers and not for them.
