Pros

Very good benefits, and above avg pay. The industry is growing at a fast pace, and Intoxalock is outpacing everyone else. Great people = a lot of support from management, and a real sense of being on a team with common goals. Challenging - but with plenty of resources available to get things done. Plenty of PTO, as well as overtime for those who want it.

Cons

Very few. It's an agile company and you'll end up working way outside your description some of the time - but I like that. It's a challenging environment, with fluid goals - people are re-tasked often and the "why" is not always explained.

Pros

You receive a paycheck for your time. People aren't driving drunk.

Cons

The company is run like a high school lunch room, if you're not one of the popular employees you wont last very long. The Management is who keeps this vibe enforced They are extremely unprofessional until it comes to terminating someone. They like to promote their website and work environment as if its a professional establishment but it really is just a facade for the company being a scam. The equipment they provide to the customer almost hardly ever functions properly yet the customers are always charged full price. The equipment is highly overpriced and the sales dept essentially swindles customer into signing up for installing the equipment often even when they do not need it. If you're not willing to work a job as a rep and be doing a second full set of job title duties, it probably wont work out for you, management seems to dump all their duties on their reps. They push for very little to minimal interaction between management and customers, even in the most extreme situations. the management teams tend to lie not only to the customers but have a slanderous, pretentious, passive aggressive way of speaking to reps they do not like. Essentially its a fraud company where the management team mobs you if you don't fit their cliques until you quit or are unfairly terminated.
