I have been working at Intuit full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Where do I start?! I've been working for Intuit UK for over 6 years and I've enjoyed every minute. Everyday is different, with new challenges and new opportunities to progress and develop. The company and the people all have one goal "powering prosperity" and we get inspired every day by living the Intuit Values. The benefits at Intuit are out of this world! Fantastic pension scheme, private medical and dentistry, along with £850 a year on physical/financial/emotional wellness schemes...And that is just the start of it! It's a work hard , play hard environment, but that only drives you to continue doing the best job you can do. You get recognised by managers and peers for the work you do and receive coaching on areas of opportunity. Work life balance is spot on, you put in the hours, but Intuit are always flexible on giving that time back.

    Cons

    There is absolutely nothing !

I worked at Intuit full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good vision, good pay, great work environment & work life balance, great benefits

    Cons

Not so great managerial layer, no proper showcase of the work from teams which are not directly contributing to Intuit's end products, a few incompetent people are spoiling the brand of such a great company!

I have been working at Intuit full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great programs for personal development and manager coaching. There are lots of opportunities for internal mobilities. Great benefits such as 1.25% ER addition to your pension plan on top of your contribution, money for gym, tuition, et. There's a lot of work to do but you can choose your work-life balance and what times best work for you. Managers and leaders listen to your feedback and works to improve pain points.

    Cons

International company so you may have late night or early morning meetings.

I have been working at Intuit full-time

    Pros

    - Talent and performance are recognised - Flat and approachable hierarchy - some Inspirational leaders - As an employee, you feel valued and the company really lives by its values. You can easily make a difference if that's what you want - People are usually happy to help (given most people's workload, this is exceptional) - Very social and fun environment in the office - Very transparent organisation

    Cons

Constructive feedback: - Too much politics - it really gets in the way of getting things done and doesn't help anyone. - work life balance is not always great - US teams don't understand global markets - The product value is not reflected in the price - discounts are not a strategy

I have been working at Intuit full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good travel opportunities and great exposure to a global corporate environment. A pleasant environment across the regions. Great London location and central.

    Cons

Work life balance is an issue and the US teams simply don't understand Global markets. There's been a high turnover in the last year and can't retain the decent employees. Needs to consider a more experienced and mature base for recruitment. A focus on profile rather than ability.

I have been working at Intuit full-time

    Pros

Great people, doing superb work in a lovely office... the vibe of this place is really positive, everyone has a can-do attitude, and there is a solid sense of achievement around the place. Work-life balance is good, with lots of fun activities in the office to excite and engage. Customer contact is constant, and the ability to see customer feedback turned into solid improvement to the product is a gift in itself.

    Cons

None that i can see - the place is really fast paced, and sometimes the systems and processes of a company making the shift can creak under the pressure of change - but these challenges are normal.
