All of the staff here are intelligent, high-performing individuals, which forces me to elevate my own job performance. Everyone here is a family and takes a team-oriented approach. Management is VERY invested in employees professional development and simply wants to see staff grow in their time here. CEO is extremely inspiring and has a great vision for where our company is going. The work we do influences thousands of kids every year, and helps inspire creativity all over the world, which is a very rewarding mission. Company continues to grow and get better every year!

Cons

Not the right environment for somebody who wants to work just for a paycheck. You can’t get away with minimum performance, as everybody is constantly challenging you to get better and see what you can bring to the table (not entirely a negative if you are a hard worker).

Pros

The future is very bright for this non-profit. Fiscally sound and growing, the market is huge in this summer camp niche, and Invent Now is on the precipice of becoming a MAJOR player. Cradle to grave mentality is spot on perfect for targeting future revenue. America is technologically deficit, and this is the type of programming needed to rocket youth into the future.

Cons

The sales department could use some shoring up. A more hungry mentality would be a welcome change to the complacent sales force.
