    You get paid every month Good colleagues International

    Cons

    As an organisation it is lost in its own wilderness Management believe they have the answers Redundancies all the time! Colleagues disappear in a conspiracy of silence The got big and rich in the good times, promoted too many sales men and not enough leaders and now they don't know what to do.

    Cons

    Senior leadership is in disarray, changing structures every 6 months. The management and HR do not care about individuals.

    Global company with progressive mindset towards acquisitions. Lots of opportunities if you’re open to moving around and doing different roles.

    Management are slow to make decisions and hanging on desperately to the passive management model.
