      Great middle management - terrible leadership

      Collaborative environment, extremely talented peers

      Cons

      Witnessed the company go from an open, transparent culture to an extremely toxic environment post-merger. The women in the company are forced to take on hundreds of extra projects with zero recognition. Women in leadership positions are kept down and do not get the same upward mobility as the men, both in salary and career.

      Chaotic and toxic leadership and mismanagement

      Lots of great people to work with on project teams, work itself was very interesting.

      Cons

      CEO created a very toxic culture, very much a “boys club,” no opportunity for growth career wise or salary wise, general mismanagement
